Our Team
Led by Mareno de Kort, a seasoned entrepreneur with a history of effectively scaling businesses, and a team of esteemed professors and experts from the Dutch DAC industry, our team combines entrepreneurial savvy with scientific expertise. Additionally, we are supported by experienced technical partners with a proven track record of building DAC installations.
Our goal is to, together with our entire ecosystem, reach a total of 1 gigaton of CO2 captured by 2045.
In five years, we aspire to become a leading force in the DAC industry, orchestrating a beautiful symphony of unprecedented innovation and collaboration, with our entire ecosystem under the CO2Zero banner.
Helping innovators worldwide seamlessly test, enhance, launch, and showcase their innovations using our research units and mass-produced modular units. Additionally, enabling small-scale production of customized units for those seeking to enter the market beyond our base models. Through our license-out-of-the-box approach attracting project developers from diverse sectors such as renewables and real estate to the DAC market, accelerating the industry's growth. Ultimately driving down the cost of CO2 capture to below $100 per ton, surpassing ETS prices, and finally making DAC financially viable beyond the voluntary market.
